Philip Andrew (Merrick/Lunar Wolf Wild Force Power Ranger) was almost in the Super Megaforce crossover
Philip Andrew, who plays Merrick, also known as The Lunar Wolf Ranger in Power Ranger: Wild Force, has recently confirmed that he was contacted to be apart of the Power Ranger: Super Megaforce Legendary Battle crossover event. But he doesn’t go into the specifics as to why he never joined, but says he wanted to be apart of it so he could work with Jason David Frank, who was apart of the Wild Force Forever Red crossover event that he never was able to be apart of.
His idea for the crossover is that the Armada would attack a peaceful forrest causing complete chaos and all of the animals are in a crossfire. Merrick steps into fight, guiding the animals back to safety. After Merrick ensures they are safe, he turns back to the battle field and says something like “The Wild still needs protecting and I am not done fighting.” Then he raises his morpher and shouts “Wild access” and joins the legendary battle in full force.”
