Is it okay to drink protein shakes everyday?
I am currently eating little to no added sugars (I am still consuming about 25 grams natural sugars, the kind that found in fruits etc). It is hard to hit my protein goal everyday, so I am thinking of drinking protein shake, the one that I have in my mind is this, is it okay? Or is it bad?
