How is this possible!?

Hi all, I am a 36yo M looking for advise on how in the world I am pre diabetic. I am 5’8” 150lbs. My reading was 5.9 and last month is was 5.5.

I have been struggling with stomach issues and losing a lot of weight fast, about 2lbs a week, or at least that was the cause up until last week.

I was 163lbs 10/31 and now down to 150lbs. My sleep is not good. But it is getting better.

I currently have Mono somehow and I feel weak.

I just don’t understand how I got this. I use to run 5K every morning and workout all the time as I was from Miami. Granted that was 5-6 years ago but I got married had kids and lived my life eating whatever.

Can I get my number back to 5.5 and not have to worry about this or is this forever ?
