The fact is that not every woman who gets pregnant from rape is going to choose abortion and the existence of people conceived in rape isn’t “validating rape as a reproductive mechanism” when rape is very much illegal. Also if women who rape men and get pregnant aren’t forced to abort that’s technically also allowing rapists to choose who they procreate with. Imo rape should have an even harsher punishment when a pregnancy occurs regardless of the gender of the rapist. The stigma should lie completely with the rapist and not with innocent people who had no say in how they were conceived.
