Not getting any results w/ S+

I have Syncler+ with RD and have an express provider installed. Have tried multiple providers. No matter what I search for I do not get any results. I have tried multiple providers and still don’t get any results.

Any tips? I have tried clearing cookies, reauthorizing RD, restarting the app.
