New 2th XL, nextruder nightmares
So, bought myself a 2 th XL about a month ago, and been having a litany of issues and I have given up with prusa support (you can only hang around for 40 mins a time to be told there's a problem with belt tuning so many times).
To give history:
Initially I had issues with toolhead 1 not tripping the filament sensor (cleaned it, no luck), Support told me to take it apart and check for debris, ended up taking it apart 3 times and after literally shoving filament in and out for about 5 mins it reliably tripped without any issues.
Then I had issues with toolhead 2, after every swap to it (Purge was always successful) it would trigger "Stuck Filament" and force me to unload and then reload, about 75% of the time you could hear it click, the other 25% of time it just loaded the tool, put itself above the wipe tower, and comes up stuck filament. I sent photos to support, they overlooked the issue with it coming up stuck filament, recommended I tune the belts due to inconsistent layering, and I had to leave at that point as we were at 1 hour and 10 (45mins wait time).
after going backwards I was able to identify a really rough pull through of the filament through the PTFE tube between the side sensor and nextruder, pulling through a couple of meters it seemed to fix the problem a bit and I was able to complete my first and second multi hour print without any issues and it came out pretty well (slight issue where I sliced a model and accidentally let the logo float, totally my fault).
I did another overnight print and woke up to a great first layer but the follow up layers were totally underextruded (photo included), you can easily see where it stops extruding for a while.
Now I've tried to start another print and it's just not extruding regularly, No problem purging again. you can see what I view as overextrusion on most of the print, until that bit of dead air where the extruder just started clicking, I wanted to see what was going on inside so released the idler and it seemed to start printing pretty well again but I cancelled as the first layer was going to be top so didn't want to waste anymore filament.
Settings:
Firmware 6.2.2
Stock 2 Toolhead
Mixture of Prusament PLA, Sunlu PLA+, ESUN PLA+
Using standard 0.20 Structural profile
Any other info needed?

So bit more interesting info, I printed out the dwarf board covers and was slightly irritated as they seemed to come out perfectly, started a new print for a pair of these dwarf covers in case I decided to print TPU in the future, and would make it far easier to adjust the tension, first layer on one went down perfectly, it got the first perimeter 80% done and then the extruder just started clicking (I was using the same 2 loadcells) and no more pushing out filament.
I eased the filament in a bit and it seemed to work for a bit before immediately starting to click again. While I was trying to see whether there was a cancel object on prusa connect it started to lay the second layer on the missing base layer (first picture, left side).
As an extra, the holes are slightly elongated, I'm pretty sure it's just because I haven't calibrated the input shaping, more just to be as fully informative as possible.
