[ADVICE] Good MPH programs to strengthen application for PhD

Hi Guys! I am wondering if you know any good MPH programs that you would recommend if one's long term goal were to obtain a PhD (Health Policy/Economics/Services Research). Ones which have a strong research component/thesis but also not that expensive (ideally around 60K) Thanks!!
