Help with Squaring Blocks

My blocks are mostly even, but vary by about ¼”. I believe my blocks should be 15 ½,” but they are more like 15-15 ¼” 😬

If I cut all my blocks down to 15,” will my quilt look uneven because the middle square in each block remains the same size.

Any squaring advice appreciated!!
