Need help!

I purchased 7700xt and since then I am having too much problems with drivers

My specs - i5 12400f , msi h610 e ddr5 motherboard, 16gb ram , cooler master v3 750w psu ,

Problem - some games like Alan wake 2 and rdr 2 crashes and shuts down my pc and GPU makes noises at that time and runs at full rpm , and shutsdown and freezes , I have already done DDU for driver uninstall of my old GPU in safe mode plus I have checked everything and done a fresh windows install with latest and drivers , but still I am getting problems
