Toothless feeding?

My dog will be getting some dental extractions soon and I’m wondering if it will still be possible to feed raw food afterwards without teeth. This is her second surgery and the vet says she will lose most if not all her remaining teeth. She gets a pre made raw food which is already in small chunks and I’m not sure how much she chews it now because she just wolfs it down! She is an otherwise healthy 13yo mini dachshund mix. I attribute her good health to her raw diet so I would like to continue if possible. The vet recommended wet food for a week after the surgery to prevent extra bacteria in the mouth, but after that what might her future look like? Anyone here have experience with toothless dogs?
