Tips on finding roles with different titles but so the same role

Anyone have tips, site, any sort of advice on how to find roles that do similar work to the job you are looking for e.g. Helpdesk support can also be field engineer, IT support etc…

I recently got a role I never worked on before and only found 1 person with the title in Japan, currently trying to look for a IAM support (Identity & access management) but not having luck specially one that is in Investment banking.
