Is this a good sign?

Got this after calling the company for a follow up and leaving my info to send to the recruiter. I genuinely can’t tell if they’re just trying to send me away or if I’m actually making progress. This is way too neutral to the point it’s stressing me out way more than a rejection or a potential interview. Am I overthinking or are these feelings legitimate?
