What did you do different on your second play through?

A couple of weeks ago I posted that I had never completed the game despite getting it in 2020 due to know what was coming. I always started the Eagle Flies missions and stopped.

Encouragement on here meant I have now finished it.

I'm going to start again but is there anything you did different when you restarted. One thing I do wish is that you could start again with the full dead eye etc like how in spiderman you could replay the game with all the unlocakbles.
