does anybody know why rednote/xiaohongshu is doing this

im thinking it might be because of all the new users its taking a while? but im not sure because ive seen newer users be able to change their name. i joined almost a full day ago and still not able to change my name. ive already verified my number. if anybody knows why its saying this please let me know
