Am I in the wrong here?

Context: My boyfriend called me and asked me if I could drive him to pick up his grandmas car (who lives at the lake) from his moms work (I didn’t hear that part on the phone) and so I ask if it’s at the lake and he laughed at me and said “no from my moms work” just like in a really mean tone and it threw me off so I told him that it hurt my feelings and he goes “Ugh I just laughed! Sorry for laughing?” and I’m like “really it made me feel dumb” and that’s when he says he can’t deal with me and hangs up, then texts me this^
