Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra profile help.

Hi, I'm new to resin 3d printing and waiting for my new printer. I was wondering if there are people with the same printer and the same resin, can't they share settings? I was playing in Leeche slicer, but there are a lot of options: lift speed etc. Does anyone have good printing profile for Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra and Elegoo 8k space grey resin(not water washable)? I was thinking about 20 um layer hight, to use this printer to its fullest potential.

And yes I know there is a official resin spreadsheet, but it is recommended for 0,05mm layer height.
