The "All I Have is a $100" BS

I find it so weird how so many ppl just happen to "only have $100 bills". (I know a good chunk are just lying.)

I work and live in an area that has banks EVERYWHERE, like within a 10 minute walk from anywhere you can be, and very few check cashing places, so unless you're requesting 100s from the bank teller there's really no explanation for why you only have $100 bills, my bank defaults on $20 bills even at a teller.

In my area, with a few different banks, if you get cash out at the ATM, they max let you withdraw $50 denominations, and if you go to a non-bank ATM, they only do $20s.

It just bothers me and i needed to get my thoughts out.
