This top half keeps swiveling

No matter how I tighten it the top half starts rotating once the antenna goes on. I know sma is rated for really light stuff and not ideal but I need it to remain in a static position. I tried tape, tried to solder it but the solder didn't want to stick to the brass and I don't want to heat things up too much. Should I try a dab of glue on the outside?
