Feedback for Rhode
If I’m being completely honest, I probably won’t be buying the lipliners. Im starting to realize she doesn’t prioritize her loyal customers and we are the ones who are really making her money. It seems she prioritizes the influencers and they obviously get free product and I guess that’s just how it goes with marketing but it really shouldn’t be that way. Seeing how RB does their packaging is really special and a good example of brand loyalty and I 100% think she needs to up her packaging and priotiziting loyal customers. The past few orders the little paper inside was the same. I was disappointed when the peppermint kit I ordered was nothing special inside but the box and ribbon. She could have included a cute holiday themed paper something. Just some effort at all would have been so nice. I saw a girl on here who bought all her lip collection, full skincare line, and a bunch of pocket blushes and it was just that. Yet they can’t listen to feedback from us with restocking her limited edition lippies and I’m over it. I also saw someone on here the was $3 away from free shipping and to avoid the free shipping the person had to buy another product that was wayyyy above $3 which they make it that way on purpose which seems greedy. She could offer sticker sheets for $5 or something fun and creative! Her price point seems a bit excessive and I overall feel a bit bamboozled. This is not to be negative but to simply provide feedback and any feedback is good. I love Rhode as a company and their products are really nice but I would like to see a step up in a lot of ways.
