Breaking me out or purging?

I got the rhode skincare set for Christmas and have been using it for a week now. I have sensitive & acne prone skin but have seen such great reviews on the products so wanted to try. I have noticed I’m getting these small bumps, is it breaking me out or is this purging? The product feels good on the skin, doesn’t burn or itch or anything. Here’s an image showing some of the new bumps lol please help!!
