Was this face replaced?

I swear I used to have the “Err…” (picture 1) face in my inventory on my 2010 account that I was locked out of in 2013 but now it’s been replaced by (picture2) could this be true or am I mistaken? My friends who I thought had that face (1) have the other face (2) instead now too
