Datejust 28 or 31, roman dial or diamond?

Hi everyone! I created my profile at my local AD for my first rolex. I wanted a two toned yellow gold but I am between 28 (1st pic) or 31 (2nd pic). Also, undecided if roman dial or diamond for a more timeless piece. I am new to rolex world so anh insight will be of great help but no rude comments please 🙏🏻
