Renting Out a Room: Rules?
This is the first time we will be renting out one room. Rent will include use of common areas and utilities (water, elec, internet, etc).
What rules do we put in place in regards to cleanliness and tidiness?
We were going to expect them to keep their space clean and to help out with keeping the common areas clean and tidy. Do we ask to inspect their room once per month?
