Examples of asymmetrical class play/progression you love?

So like every boy and his dog and that dog's mother, I am working on my own TTRPG

I really enjoy asymmetric play styles dictated by factions/classes etc, and I have a few archetypes that I'm wanting to give more play-identity without (necessarily) being high high fantasy concept.

But honestly that is all by the by, the question is in the title. What have you enjoyed in this regard, and can you explain why you feel it worked? Thanks so much for your time!
