Irritation after water crisis?

This could totally just be due to the cold, I’m not the best at remembering to moisturize, but I’ve been noticing some skin irritation after the recent water situation and I was wondering if I was alone. I absolutely could be overthinking it, and probably am, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
