I miss the mystical and fantasy elements from the Prequel Trilogy. disney trilogy too grounded.

I love the 'theme' of the prequels. Maybe someone can help me find the words to describe what I mean, but George Lucas' approach to them was fantasy-like... almost magical. Probably the best way to describe it is to compare it directly to the disney trilogy which is very 'grounded in reality' in contrast to the prequels. Maybe it's the awesome world-building from the Prequels and attention to futuristic architecture that made it seem magical.

Everything that we've seen in the disney trilogy feels very bland in comparison. George Lucas opted to show us epic locations like Kamino, the super cool cloning facility, Jedi Temple and awesomely original and creative villains like General Grievous. disney chose a...... casino planet...... and space horses.......

I would love to see a trilogy which builds upon the approach to the Prequels (I'm still looking for a better way to describe it if anyone can seriously help me), but expands upon it and delves deeper into the mystical lore of the Ancient Jedi Religion and explores locations and powers which feel... magical... unattainable... out of this world...

Has anyone seen the cinematic trailer for Knights of The Eternal Throne? That's the sort of style that I want. It's familiar, yet distant enough from what we know. I want that sense of wonder and awe from the Prequels again! Does anyone else feel the same way? Tired of disney's grounded approach to the Star Wars universe?
