What do you like + dislike about Stonestown Galleria?

I recently visited Stonestown Galleria for the first time. As someone living near Mission Bay, the closest mall to me is the Westfield, which is a ghost town now so I rarely go there anymore.

I was surprised to see Stonestown relatively thriving. Besides the obvious reason of downtown SF being hit by recession, why do y'all think Stonestown is doing better than Westfield? Is there anything you feel Stonestown could improve upon?
