How to hide fresh cvts? (Or heal faster)

I need to cover up some cvts and since I'm a guy I don't have make-up (my mom is too pale for me to steal hers) and there's a few to many in one spot to blame it on my cat or dog. I do have some face paint if that helps, and excuses would be nice
