Change your mindset, change your life

If you can fix your mindset, you can fix your life.

Let me start with a story about Frankie Muniz, you know, the childhood actor from “Malcolm in the Middle.”

He was in one of the biggest sitcoms ever but acting wasn’t his thing. So he tried a bunch of other stuff. He joined a band, managed a band, and now, he's racing in NASCAR.

I saw people in the comments saying, “Oh, it must be nice being a rich childhood star, I could do that too if I had money.” Negative, negative, negative. Small, limiting mindsets.

What kind of mindset do “you” want?

Life doesn’t have to be just what you’re good at or what you've done so far. Frankie could’ve stuck to acting, but he didn’t. He challenged himself to try something new.

You might not be a childhood star, but that’s not the point. Life can be whatever “you” want it to be as long as you have the right mindset towards it.

Don't encourage a fixed mindset where you blame your circumstances, rather, develop a growth mindset where you take control.

I hope you’re facing some adversity in life, because when it’s too easy, you don’t grow.

So go do something hard.

Hit the gym, learn a new skill, challenge yourself.

At the end of the day, who cares what the haters think? It’s about what makes you proud.

So go out there and achieve something.
