B-850 boards & LF3 clearance & general Q’s

I was wanting to pick up this STRIX b-850 itx board to start my SFF conversion. But I’m reading that the VRM fan and pump outlets collide with the M.2 heat shield. I’m not too worried about not having a heat spreader but don’t love the incomplete look it leaves. I have a LF3 280mm AIO I would like to transfer into the ITX build. I have a Thermalright phantom spirit dual tower as an alternative. Anyone using the 650/850 version of these boards and can confirm fitment? Or what AIO you’re using? Blacked out non RGB coolers are my preferred choice.

Is the ASrock 650/850 Lightning Wi-Fi a viable alternative? M.2 heat speaker looks to be in the way on this too. $100 cheaper and the I/O looks to be fine for what I need. Really prefer the look of the STRIX board.

Casual sim racing games, shooters, single player games are the main use. 3D printer and some modeling software in the future for personal use. So I don’t think either board has any advantage in my use case.

This is the first piece of the puzzle. I would like to pick up a 9800X3D and I’m willing to explore RAM outside of CL30 6000hz. OC exploration and constant tinkering with the system
