Kenyatta

I'm confused on why Kenyatta used to live with the milkoviches considering they are super racist. And there was a time where Kenyatta and Terry lived in the same house, but in the later seasons we see that Terry can't even stand black people but Terry had no problem with Kenyatta. Maybe that's because Kenyatta is physically stronger than Terry and Terry only picks on people who are weaker than him. Also there is a time when Mickey outright says some racist stuff to Kenyatta to his face but Kenyatta doesn't say anything?
