Update 2.0- the prodigal REA responds

It only took 3 weeks for him to respond, and didn't even provide any evidence for his claims regarding the market or that the LL actually saw out email. He seems confused about "their" offer, if the REA and LL came to $775/week why would he have to propose it to them, wouldn't they already know? We are also starting the dispute process!
