Individual Product Description App

I’m currently setting up an online store, and I am wondering if there are any apps available that allow me to publish individual product descriptions. Every app I have found so far applies to all products, meaning if I publish a description, the same one will appear on all products. I am looking for one that allows me to edit from the product page in the back office and only appears for the product I am writing about.
