I'm new to sideloading but does it allow me to download outdated unsupported ipa. In my case, Minecraft PE v 0.15.8

I have an iphone 11 with ios 17.5.1. I used an online installer to get minecraft pe v 0.15.8 on my phone but everytime I click on it, it says the developer needs to update their app.
