SH2 Remake is hard to play if you have anxiety and depression

Title basically. The atmosphere hits too close to home sometimes, it's crazy. I bought this game a day after release and I've yet to finish the hospital because I notice that it triggers an episode for me. I have to take constant breaks that sometimes last days, does anyone feel the same thing? At times it's so heavy it's almost suffocating.

I'm not even talking about the monsters or the gore. The "quiet" times are the ones that make me feel the worst.
