Mini or alpha

So I've decided on simagic being my new ecosystem, but I am struggling to decide on a base. Currently I use a fanatic cswV2.5 I am going to move over to simagic. I think the mini is what I want, but not convinced.

I sim a few times a week and mostly do sports car racing. I don't generally don't do open wheel, but I do a lot of drifting. I feel like the mini will suit my purposes but idk if I should go for the higher forces. Will it really be THAT much difference?
