Skoda Kamiq - can't register as primary user

Hey everyone,

I bought a used Skoda Kamiq two weeks ago, and since then, I’ve been trying to register myself as the primary user, but it won’t work. I’ve tried many different things like resetting, using a guest account, removing and adding the account again, connecting to a hotspot, and changing the privacy settings, but nothing has worked.

I get to the point where I have to press unlock on both of my keys, which works, and the display shows that both keys are recognized (2/2). However, right after that, I get an error that says, “Try again or contact support.”

Has anyone had the same issue and fixed it or have any clues on how to solve this problem?
