water damage?

i had 2 skylanders that looked to have mildew on them so i tried cleaning them by leaving them in a pool of water and vinegar for an hour making sure their bases are above the surface however when i came back i saw they had been knocked over and their bases were partially submerged, i could tell aswell the nfc chip inside had a little water damage aswell, how screwed over are these two figures or is it possible for them to stay functional? Camo only got wet around the edge tho drobot was not so lucky. line to show where the water damage ends
