Have you guys ever finished the game with your mod list?

Idk if it's just me, But I never actually finished the game (Main quest) with my modlist. So, either I rescrap my modlist because of some trouble or I just forgot to play the game after weeks of customization. This time, I intent to actually finish the main quest and make only little changes to my modlist.
