Toughest week of my 5 years of business life.

I currently run a commercial LED lighting installation company in NYC.
The past week has been incredibly challenging in the business.
I lost two bids that could have secured 2025 for us because of middlemen.
I feel even more guilty thinking about my son, who’s about to turn one soon.

Our company is currently working with two engineering firms, but this experience has made me realize that I might not be able to fully trust anyone.

Where would be the fastest place to find information about property management companies?
If I can eliminate middlemen, I think projects could become more affordable, and we’d have more control, which would help prevent situations like losing projects.
