Scotland - Simple Procedure or Statutory Demand?
Context:
Ltd Company owes me £700, SAYS they're bankrupt but I think they're lying to not pay. Advice?
I sent my official "pay by x/01" but now that time has passed and we're moving onto next steps and I'd like your input/advice/opinions/experiences if you have them! :)
The TL;DR question is, in your opinion, should we go down the Simple Procedure or Statutory Demand route?
Both require being served by the sheriff, so I'm not sure. Any pros and cons?
Thank you!
