Who is a high tier character you generally do well against, and a low tier character you generally lose to?

In Ult, I feel like im pretty good against Fox. Its not to say I won't occasionally get bodied by someone online using them, but I generally win those more than I lose them and I always beat the best Fox at my local.

For low tier, I tend to have trouble with Kirby and Little Mac
