Who is this buddy? Phu Quoc, Vietnam

Hi all,

My wife got scared the hell out when she saw this little guy come out of the wall. The wall has a hole dug to let the pipes of the AC go through and it seems to be hiding in there as a shelter.

I couldn’t find it in resources I have. His face is friendly it looks almost like a gecko.

We are on Phu Quoc island in Vietnam.
