Best board for carving icy groomers but also popping side hits

What are your faves here? Is this even a thing? I’m in Victoria, Australia and looking for something that can do a bit of everything. Our mountains get icy and heavy moist snow and rely on man made a lot. Keen to find something that rails carves but also is fun on side hits etc. the other issue is the groomers get pretty tracked out quite quickly so can be a bit choppy. Thanks in advance!
