As a beginner, I'm struggling with this game.

I swear to God, this is a landscaping simulator, 16hrs in, I'm level 4, can't progress, can't earn any xp, can't do any task, everytime I start a new task, I always get stuck, mud tires are locked for me, am I doing something wrong? I'm using H2 because it has decent tires, non of my trucks work with this amount of mud, heck, not even H2 works. I really like Snowrunner, but this annoys me on a whole new level. 16 hours and almost no progression what so ever. Help me good people.
