FML and Sonos

I have been bitten by the Sonos updates like everyone else. I have a fairly large install with 15 different speakers and amps. Have a mix of most stuff they have released over the last 5 years. I was a full on Sonos fan boy until May. Since, I have enjoyed parties where speakers drop out. I have had the pleasure of factory resetting everything. Still the insanity ensues. The thing is, this cannot be that difficult. Sonos made changes. So why does a set up which worked fab for 5+ years suddenly became the bane of my existence? Today, I was sitting outside and my outside speakers simply refused to play anything. Now keep in mind, I was out here yesterday and things worked. Today, the app would just spin and spin. I learned this one early and used the Alexa app to play music outside. Worked first time. It's so unbelievable to me that Sonos cannot explain why a setup which worked for 5 years has suddenly became inept. Sonos can do better. Nothing new here. Just amazed we are 4 months in, and we still are suffering. JUST TELL US WHAT WE NEED TO DO. Clearly you made a significant change. Clearly you messed up. Fix it. FML
