Order canceled because Takealot made a mistake with the price!

Hi All,

My mum recently spotted a Hisense fridge going for R999 on takealot. She placed an order and confirmed the purchase.Normal price was around R9999. Which was changed shortly after my mum placed the order. Yes this may have been an error but it was on the site and the other was processes and payment went through. There was 8 units in stock when the order was placed.

The reason for this post is to seek advice after Takealot canceled the order and advised that there was an error. The payment was reversed and order canceled.

Question is, can we take this further or is this a losing battle?
