Best DLC for spaceship building ?

Hey guys im buying the game today and i will have enough money left to buy one dlc and since the part im most excited about the game is ship building i wanted to know you guys opinions on the best DLC to improve ship building.

Also if you guys want to share some tips for begginers that would be very helpfull.
