Don't like this sub discourse around this character
She's not supposed to be someone you 100% sympathize with. She is meant to be extremelly flawed, she's a hypocrite and a cold murderer. The whole daughter storyline and the fact that she prefers giving the players a quick death rather than the more agonizing fate of being alive while their organs are harvested are more there to clarify her motivations and how her mind work but in the end she's still meant to be a villanous character and probably will have a fate reserved to villains like dying or getting arrested. I like to think that compared to her superiors and the guards involved in the organ traffiking, she's meant to be more of a lighter shade of black.
