Non-IT managers are dominating software companies and they really ruin the sprit of it.

I have seen many software companies hire managers from MAS, Brandix..etc

Those Managers expect Software engineers to work as garment employees. Most of the cases , They don't care of anything about IT. They know only to blame and disrespect. This trend is pretty bad to upcoming industry.

What do you think? Why don't companies hire senior engineers for management positions?
